All ages (16+) and abilities welcome. Group and one-to-one classes. Occasional workshops and events.
Lucy draws on more than 25 years of experience to guide and support students through yoga postures. She emphasises sound alignment and the integration of movement with breath to foster strength, wellbeing and release, both physical and mental. Classes are rigorous but appropriate to each student’s abilities and seek to reconnect to our source of expansion, humour and joy. Lucy’s teaching includes breath work and meditation, with reference to the history and philosophies of yoga.
